  2. Congrats on the book! As a co-founder of Myositis Support and Understanding, I have shared this on our social networks and in our closed facebook group for patients that suffer from myositis which is a rare autoimmune disease that can, for some, be invisible and cause chronic pain.

  3. Jerry,
I am all too familiar with myositis.. My mother suffers from severe dermatomyositis, and calcification. The book is dedicated to her; she became sick when I was about 11. She has has MCTD and FM like me. Thank you so much to sharing! My mother will be thrilled.

  4. I can't believe there is a book like this! I'm really excited. I have 4 kids plus one we took in. I know they get upset often, as I do, that mommy can't do the things she used to do. Picnics, nature walks, making big dinners, even sitting through a school program is torture. It's frustrating for them as much as it is myself that I can't do these things. It's hard to explain to them and I always come out feeling worthless to the people I love the most. I really hope to have some money soon so I can buy this book! I am so happy someone thought to do this!
